Unveiling on Friday 20 November

Spend less time on CVs.
More on closures.

Working on several JDs? HireRubric™’s AI is designed to read the CVs, show who fits and explain the gaps. Spend more time with candidates and clients. You make the final call.

Be first to see HireRubric™ when we unveil it on 20 November.

A recruiter’s day

Your day is for recruiting. Not opening CVs.

Every new mandate brings another set of CVs to review. When several JDs are active, screening can take attention away from candidate calls, client discussions and follow-ups.

Illustration of a recruiter's day, shown as an idea and not to scale. Today most of the day goes to opening and reading CVs. With HireRubric, the CVs move through HireRubric, and most of the day goes to calls, clients and closures. The bar lengths are not a measurement.
